I would like to have Kaiser Permanente as my health insurance, but my employer only offers Cigna. No incentive for opting-out. My family of five do not have doctor preference and fairly healthy. Which one is more beneficial between these two options: 1) Silver Cigna PPO, or 2) Bronze Cigna HDHP from employer + bronze Kaiser self-insurance
