Are there any companies that independently offer catastrophic health insurance anymore without going through the marketplace. The cheapest policy I am offered on the marketplace is $350 a month and I’m unemployed and I don’t qualify for a discount. I tried going independently through State farm Cigna and blue Cross blue shield and they all require marketplace options now this wasn’t the case just a few years ago.
