I have Kaiser but I am starting to see why doctors say it sucks. I am just surprised how the general population is ok with the substandard service and money saving measures that hurt patients. I can’t access my account, they do not take health issues seriously, and workers try to avoid to do work and instead say go to urgent care when I am asking to check for an appt… The mental healthcare and therapists associated with them do not help at all. Therapist visits are like 15 min with these people and they definitely don’t sound excited to help. My partner has serious health issues that get brushed aside. With other insurance we had before, they would offer to do a colonoscopy to figure out what is wrong. I know people who have had foreign objects left in them after procedures or were diagnosed with serious conditions way later since the primary care doctor said don’t worry. How do things like this just get passed on as I am really concerned on how the system treats patients?
