i am about to have twins at the end of the year and have just gotten a job offer with full benefits that i am interested in taking. however my wife and I have already hit our out of pocket maximum with the current insurance plan (cigna hmo), does that carry over into a new plan or do we essentially start over if I were to switch? should I not consider moving jobs by any means? any advice is greatly appreciated!
