Marketplace Insurance in Florida/Silver Plan

I’m 23/F living in Orange County in FL. I recently moved from Dade County, and I’m currently receiving unemployment benefits. I’m not the child poster for health, as I need to make appointments with an orthopedic department, get x-rays, etc. Alongside other appointments with OBGYN, look into thyroid health.. you get my point.

I’m new to picking out health insurance, but I do know that in the new relief bill, picking a silver plan would be best. I just don’t know which insurance company, Ambetter, AvMed, Bright Health, Cigna, BCBS, Molina or Oscar insurance?

Should I go with PPO vs HMO? I don’t know any care providers here so I’m not sure being limited to making referrals would be ideal. What about the HSA option?

I’m so confused. If I shared the list of options given to me in this thread (right now at 58) after some narrowing, would that make it easier? Or would that be going overboard?
