My spouse recently had a baby, the last portion of the pregnancy for like 4 weeks she was going twice a week for stress tests as they requested. Once per week they were charging her a 30 copay which seemed strange as all other items had been covered 100%. Looking at the eobs it shows we don’t owe the provider anything and shows 0 clearly for copays. This isn’t really about the money, more just principle. Will companies generally figure out they were wrong and send you a check for the extra we paid? This is a large medical provider.
