The people on customer service are awful rude and hang up on you so I could really use help from anyone.
I got mail that shows I was approved and eligible for Medi-Cal and given a Pin also.. what is my next step from here to get a doctor and all that? I logged into the DPSS website using my case ID and my Pin as password.
I see “My applications” tab at the top of the screen.. Do I have to submit an application or what is my next step after receiving these letters in the mail?
