Houston, Tx: I have two bills total over 10k from Memorial Herman since last year. They billed my insurance with the wrong information so it didn’t get paid. I sent in the ID, but never got corrected. They got the the birth date and month mixed up. They then have the middle, first, and last name mixed up. Every time I called, the rep told me that someone higher up will fix it. However, the next month they will send out the bill with the wrong information again. My insurance told me they will pay if Memorial Herman send the correct information. What can I do in this situation as they don’t give out any “higher up” information?
