So I changed my insurance recently on healthcare.gov and since I’m disabled they sent something to my state for determination and I was approved for expanded Medicaid. I checked the Medicaid code and I should not have been approved for this plan I’m over 138% of FPL with my SSDI payments. I think they might think my mother lives here and she doesn’t anymore. This looks like it will be a fun situation to take care of as my APTC will be effected. I’m hoping I can just call the case worker and get this fixed / cancel but with it being the public health emergency can they cancel an incorrectly awarded expanded Medicaid?
