Hey! Two hours into a goose chase and looking for help.
Basic info: -Me: male, 30, married, and household income 80K+
-live in Massachusetts (02141) and doctor is through Mount Auburn. This hospital is a pain.
-switched to wife’s insurance in September 2019
-had dr’s appointment in december 2019
-informed in November 2020 that my insurance was declined, have them my updated insurance again
-now: collections pestering me that payment was declined in Feb 2020 and they have a 90 day policy to accept insurance for medical visit.
Generally sounds like almost no one has a clear story and it’s getting frustrating. Who do I talk to and get them to stop spamming me with nonsense mail and collection threats.
