Moving to NYC in Dec, diagnosed with Graves disease – need help with open enrollment.

Hi everyone, I don’t know much about health insurance and need help… I was recently diagnosed with Graves disease which will require me to pay costs for medication, office visits, and get blood tests (all for every month). Right now I’m enrolled in UHC CHP3000 which costs $47 per pay period, and $3,000 deductible. The deductible has been way too high for me and I’ve been paying ~$120 every month for all of these tests and visits.

But now that I’m moving to NYC, Aetna is considered cheaper in NY. I have to decide between Aetna POS – $137.50 per pay period, $500 deductible (individual) or CHP – $65.20-$80 per pay period and $1,500-3,000 deductible? And would this make me ineligible for HSA? Which plan would best fit my situation?
