I have Aetna PPO. I was scheduled for an MRI twice within 2 weeks. One from my chiropractor and one from the orthopedic surgeon. I was scheduled from the chiropractor first and my insurance approved that.
I have decided to take an MRI from the one my orthopedic surgeon scheduled though. It’s been a bit and it still hasn’t cleared insurance.
Would there be a lag because my provider is trying to approve 2 MRI? Or should this not even matter. I only plan to go to 1 anyways
