Hi! just like the title says, I have an MRI scheduled due to ongoing care for a motor vehicle accident. During all this, I got a new job where I switched my health insurance to Blue Shield PPO, which begins in a few days.
Am I okay to get this MRI through my kaiser plan today, and then continue my care with a blue shield doctor? Will they be able to review/ look at the MRI with me? Are there going to be any complications with this process?
Since I am at my Kaiser deductible, I much rather get the MRI now, then have to get re-referred through the blue shield process. It was already hell getting kaiser to say yes.
