Multistate coverage or nationwide coverage?

Hello! My partner and I currently live in Florida and will be moving to Iowa. I will be leaving my current position in mid-April, so my partner and I will be covered only until the end of that month. At some point between April and July, we will move to Iowa. On September 1st, my partner’s insurance will kick in and we will be covered through him. From the end of April to the beginning of September, we would like to be covered by one plan that would cover us both in Florida and in Iowa. Is there such a thing? I would go with Cobra here in Florida until we move, but 1) it is very costly and 2) it wouldn’t cover us in Iowa anyway, so I’ll be having to apply either way to another coverage.

Thanks in advance!!
