Hello… I don’t know how this happened. they said i was elliglbe last may for their work insurance, and there were no stipulations i had to stay full time.. just that tehre was a time period i had to work over a certain number of hours. I fufilled that.
I was trying to browse this sub but I’m stressed right now. Something about a COBRA notice required in writing 30 days? Is that true? Did my employer violate that?
Does anyone know .. um if I have any rights or something?
And if they did the procedure correctly for removing my insurance… what are my options going forward? I’m working minimum wage and would really like the best option avaiable to me… i’m sorry if this sounds dumb but I am new to all this.
My employer is multi-state with definitely over 100 employees, non-independent contractors.
