Need help choosing a plan – HSA or Copay? (FL)

I need help choosing between a copay type plan and an HSA plan. The premium difference is not really an issue for me; I am mostly concerned with the overall out-of-pocket costs I will need to pay and which one will save me more money out-of-pocket. I am 25, female, live in FL, and while I rarely need to see a PCP or go to the hospital I frequently need to see specialists and physical therapists due to a couple of chronic pain conditions. I see some sort of doctor at least 3 times a month, sometimes more often. It seems that the copay plans tend to be better for someone who uses their insurance a lot, however I am not sure with these since the deductibles are the same after my employer’s contribution. Any thoughts/recommendations?

Here is a summary comparison between the two (I removed the name of my employer for privacy). https://imgur.com/a/LFGdZcT
