I recently (in May) was approved for Medicaid after a nearly month long stay in the hospital. It ended Oct 31 and I’ve got caught in a loop of trying to verify my identity to reapply. I call the Medicaid number to apply, they give me a code to call experian to verify my identity, I call to do so and they tell me they’re unable to verify me and tell me to call back Medicaid. I call them back and they just give me a different code and I just go back and forth. Can anyone help me? I don’t understand why they aren’t able to verify me. They just ask for my full name address social phone number and birth date. Nothing weird or hard to give them. I had this same issue back in 2016 and 17 after my insurance was randomly cancelled after trump took office. I don’t know what to do or what I could possibly be getting wrong when they ask for my information and I can’t afford any other insurance.
