So I graduated from college about a year ago and got a job in Socal and the company health insurance is pretty good. Though I’m still in my 20s, I’m not getting any younger and I want to make check-ups and tests a regular thing. I am do not have any health issues at the moment (that I’m aware of). I also accrued a ton of sick days during the past year so I want to start using them. I have a PPO plan with United Healthcare, full dental and vision. The annual deductible is $2,000.00. I have no idea how this works. I know I can choose like a family or a personal physician but I’m not too sure what the exact protocol is. I guess this is something in the adult stage of life I’m still getting used to. Can anyone give me some guidance or any tips?
Thanks in advance!
