I have accident insurance through work. I fractured my ankle, and I haven’t been able to file a claim because the insurance company says i am not in the system. I have been putting money into the insurance for several months using with my paycheck. I have been trying for over a month talking to my HR rep to be able to log in. I haven’t gotten any results. Is there anything else I can do. I don’t want this to affect my employment. I just want to be able to file the claim I have been paying into. This is Illinois
