never posted here so i apologize for any formatting errors. to catch up i live in indiana and have no way to get insurance through my employer as i missed the open enrollment period. i have at least one herniated disk ive been dealing with for years and its starting to get really bad. i have no idea how to shop for insurance and i make too much for state funded healthcare. where do i go? what should i do? i just dont know. and the idea of being financially ruined for something out of my control honestly scares me. am i screwed or is there hope for me? literally anythings on the table here. i could quit my job and work somewhere where health insurance is offered quickly, anything. i just have no idea what my options are.
edit: here are some details that might be important. im 20 living in clark county indiana. i make $15 dollars an hour and have no dependents. ive been uninsured for over a year now.
