Out of Pocket Max question…

I just accepted a new position and will have new insurance. This is a PPO Blue Cross Blue Sheild plan. The deductible is $750, with 20% coinsurance after the deductible. The out of pocket max is $3500. I max out my insurance every year due to a preexisting condition with expensive medication. I just want to be sure that once I hit that out of pocket max, the insurance company covers at 100%.

Also, I’d love any tips or pointers you guys have, my employer offers an FSA which I will be fully taking advantage of!

Thank you so much for your help.
