So paid $300 OOP antibiotic not covered by insurance, fine. The next day, doctor called and told me I have a parasite and to stop taking that antibiotic.
Is this just an unfortunate scenario or is there anything I can try doing for reimbursement? I don’t think a pharmacy can give a refund….has this happened to anyone before? It took me awhile to save up $300 so it kinda sucks seeing it be for nothing
