Plan is missing from Marketplace, and I am not sure what to do.

I received paperwork from my current insurance (Caresource) essentially saying that I could keep my current insurance into 2022. It was going up by a few cents a month, but most of the coverage stayed the same.

On this paperwork, it states that all I needed to do was update on the Marketplace, and choose this particular plan, we’ll call it Silver Coverage 3.

Well, there is no Silver Coverage 3 on the Marketplace. In fact, the Marketplace says my “current” insurance is Silver Coverage 2, and asks if I want to re-enroll. Silver Coverage 2 is the same premium as what Silver Coverage 3 was going to be. But, the deductible, out-of-pocket, and co-pays are much higher than Silver Coverage 3.

I went ahead and enrolled/ “renewed” the Silver Coverage 2, because I don’t want to lose my insurance on 1/1. I checked Caresource website, and sure enough Silver Coverage is an option on there, and they have the documents, which the numbers do match up to what they send me in the mail.

Am I better off cancelling my enrollment? Or should I leave my enrollment in the different plan, and hope that they can fix things when I call tomorrow?
