Last year I was still in school and used the college health insurance plan from blue cross blue shield in Worcester MA
I moved back to Springfield MA got married and have a new insurance plan under Tuft connected plan II and also updated them with new contact info.
However, when I pick up my prescription today. It shows my contact info from the old health insurace plan. And also required me to pay our of my pocket for the prescription and cream.
Can someone help me with what I should do to make it right? Thank tou so much
