I’ve been thinking a lot about prior authorizations lately, and I have some ideas about automating the process on the insurers side using ML. Since I’m somewhat new to the space, I was hoping to find some kind redditors who would be willing to let me bounce some ideas off of them and potentially help frame the core issues. It would be doubly helpful if you work(ed) at a health insurer and could speak to whether this is a solution that folks would adopt.
