I recently had some blood panels and a urine sample done and all showed irregular results. One of the next steps my doctor wants to do is a CT scan of my pelvic and abdomen area but insurance rejected coverage saying there wasn’t enough proof that it was needed. What are the next steps and I don’t understand how this could even happen? I’m in the US and this healthcare system is ridiculous.
