I’ve had priority health for no less than 10 years on and off, probably more. Last summer I started getting phone calls from them trying to set up an in home health assessment.
They’ve recently started trying to bribe me with a 50$ gift card.
Listen, I have a PCP who I see regularly. I’m a 35 year old healthy woman. I don’t need this, I don’t want it.
What kind of info are they trying to get out of people that they can’t just find out from my doctor?
It feels very sketchy. You don’t get things from insurance companies for free and they certainly will not pay you for something that would benefit you.
The representative I spoke with today said that they’ve always offered this service. I have no recollection of ever receiving phone calls like this from people who refuse to take no for an answer.
They are getting ridiculously pushy and I’m losing my patience. It is getting very hard to not be rude.
Why are they doing this, and have they really “always” done this to their customers?
