Hello, was hoping I could get some help on this. I’m an adult dependent on my girlfriend’s taxes, and some information out there is saying that I do not qualify for a PTC based upon that. Is this just a case of her having to get the PTC and apply it to a healthcare plan for me through the marketplace? Or is there no way for me to qualify at all?
