My estranged mother put me on her new jobs insurance recently because I lost mine at the start of December and she knew I had postpartum appointments in January. I’ll turn 26 in Feb so I will lose that coverage at the end of that month. Does aging out count as a qualifying life event for me to apply for marketplace insurance? If not, do you guys have any suggestions on how I can get affordable coverage in Feb? I’m a stay-at-home-mom and being added to my fiance’s employer insurance would cost us a serious life-altering amount.
