If a person accidentally keeps their marketplace subsidized coverage, after they get a job…. Can they get a refund?
In other words… Now that they had a job for 2021, IRS wants them to pay back the insurance subsidy that the government paid in 2021 based on old information.
They had health insurance from their employer in 2021 so their marketplace insurance was redundant. Can the insurance company refund the government or something?
