Hey guys so I’m 19 trying to get a mastectomy for gynecomastia through my parents insurance, Anthem Blue Shield California, though I can’t find relevant policy information. I’ve looked through google with some success but it seems that the policies may be out of date being from 2008 & 2009. So my question then is how do I go about finding their policy that is still relevant? Also please give me any other tips if you have any. Thanks!
