I need some advice for a friend. She is currently uninsured (started working a new job 1-2 months ago and benefits don’t start for 90 days). She is looking to potentially move to a new state asap and quit her job, and it is my understanding that this would not be a qualifying life event since her benefits haven’t started yet. She lost insurance from her previous job almost 60 days ago. Does anyone know if she would be able to get individual insurance after the 60 days are up or what her options are? Thank you!
