I am in Nj – I am covered by my husband’s plan – let’s say Plan A. . However hid plan does not cover a fertility procedure, which I expect I may need next year. So I took health coverage – plan B – through my employer which covers the procedure. i was not aware this now becomes my primary insurance. I now have two health plans. I see an existing physician for a chronic condition who may or may not accept plan b. What happens if I dont tell this physician i have a new plan and just continue to see her through Plan A? Is there any concern , fraud or otherwise, if I dont declare this new insurance to her?
