Hello, my wife and I are looking for the best state to move to considering my in-laws are Chinese and my wife wants them to move to the States to live with us. My wife and I are both U.S. citizens. We’re very concerned about medical costs as they won’t be eligible for Medicaid or Medicare for a long time.
