Question regarding choosing a Covered California Plan

I am signing up for Covered California as my new job is per diem with no current health insurance. Since I have just moved to the area I have no established physicians to guide my preferred insurance choice so I feel overwhelmed by all the choices- Health Net, Blue Shield of CA and Blue Cross of CA seem to be the best options. I’m looking up well-rated physicians in my area in hopes that I’ll narrow my choices down. My question is if a provider accepts a certain plan (if their website states they take “Health Net”) then does this mean they take all subcategories of Health Net? Same goes for BC or BS– the one I’m looking into is a Blue Shield Silver 94 PPO but most providers just state “Blue Shield” so I don’t want to misinterpret it. Any advice/ guidance would be appreciated.
