We signed up for Humana dental insurance for 2021 in December 2020. We purchased this policy because it accepted our existing dentist as per Humana website. We entered the dentist name on the Humana application and the policy was approved. However, when we tried to go to our dentist in May this year, we found out that he was not covered by Humana. The dentist is still listed on Humana website as covered, but when we call Humana, they say that the dentist is not covered. We don’t want to go to any other dentist. What are our options? Can we get our premium payments refunded? The premiums were paid via credit card. I’ve already cancelled the policy. We live in Texas.
