Hi, I recently visited an out of network counselor that charged me a $200 flat fee. I paid the amount directly to the provider and then I filed an out-of-network claim. The claim then mentions I am responsible for $123 as the rest has been covered by insurance. I realized I should’ve filed my claim before paying the full amount and I was wondering if there was any way to get reimbursed for the $77 difference I overpaid lol. Thoughts?
