Resources for low cost mental health help?

Sorry if this isn’t the right sub for this type of post.

I just started marriage counseling and am about to start individual counseling for myself. With my insurance (Highmark), my copay is $45 a session with an in network provider, and we do marriage counseling weekly and I’d like to do individual therapy weekly. That’s $360 a month for getting mental health help. I don’t know how I’m supposed to afford this, but myself and my husband really need it. It’s also not including my psychiatric appointments every couple of months plus medication. I hate how I’m finally taking the steps to take care of myself but I already feel like I’m drowning in bills, adding to my never ending anxiety. Does anyone have any resources for low cost counseling?
