Reviewing my United Healthcare account and I am shocked at how much “I may owe” – what the heck? 26 y/o male

Hi All,
I went on my own insurance this past August prior to turning 27. I was struggling with a weird UTI-related thing and saw several doctors and had several tests done to try and figure it out.

I am looking in my UHC account and there is easily $3K+ that falls under “patient’s responsibility” but I haven’t seen anything in the mail or received any phone calls, etc…

What is the point of having insurance, lol? I get ~$120 taken out of my paycheck each week for benefits. I do not want to pay my responsibility and would like to push it back through insurance if possible.

What’s the best course of action here? Seems to be a big scam honestly…
