I’m setting up new plan with oxford through an agent for my company- we have 9 people on the plan. I just got 40 pages of scanned/ rotated docs I have to PRINT out and rescan to send back to the agent- like I’m in a time machine back to 2002- when I asked for some way to do this electronically was told oxford doesn’t do that- seems wacky? Is that right? Am I with wrong agent? Seems nuts to have spend what’s gonna be extra 2 hours of silly rotating pages etc. can anyone tell me there’s a better way? Or is it really done like this?
