Should I get Indemnity Insurance as a pregnant woman?

On a baby bumpers subreddit, someone mentioned that they got indemnity insurance through their employer. I’m pregnant and due in March 2021, but my employer doesn’t offer indemnity insurance. Is this worth looking into and getting to help pay for when I deliver the baby? Is it cost effective? Is there one you’d specifically request for someone whose pregnant? I never heard of it before it was mentioned on the subreddit. My husband and I elected to get on his employers health insurance and have a family OOP max of 8k if that helps. And we will be paying 20% after deductible for labor and delivery. Thanks!

Also – I am in Oregon.
