Should I purchase my employer’s insurance if I’m already covered through my father’s insurance?

Hi everyone. A little background information to start: I’m 19 years old. I live in Florida. I recently started a job that provides benefits to both its part time and full time employees. My benefits include medical, vision, dental, life, and personal accident insurance. There’s a few other things but I don’t think they’re relevant. My father was active duty military and has since retired, so my family and I have been under TRICARE. Now that I work a job, should I purchase their insurance plan, Aetna? I have too choices. Aetna POS Choice or Aetna HDHP. I’m leaning towards the POS if I were going to opt in to the insurance. It’s a higher price to pay;however, I do have a few health conditions (glaucoma, hay fever, pre-diabetic), so I’d rather pay the higher price. That’s where my fathers insurance comes in. I’m eligible to stay on it till I’m 26 if I remember correctly. Should I pay for my own & use my fathers insurance, or just go with my fathers insurance?
