Signing up for healthcare for the first time, couple questions?

  1. I qualify for Obamacare because I am pretty poor, so I am able to get a bronze health plan and not pay anything per month. Is that pretty basic? The plans dont look GREAT but at the end of the day, Im covered by health insurance so thats all that matters right? Im relatively healthy adult, in the case that I havnt been to the doctors outside of emergency’s, which is pretty much the only point of these “cheap” plans correct? For emergencys?

  2. Dental plans. Im going with Bluecross blueshield because my dentist place accepts it. Theres 2 plans, $26 vs $34 a month. I NEED dental insurance because thats is 95% of my health issues. I need cavities filled and wisdom teeth pulled. Theres very few differences and Im not sure which one would be best..

Both are no charges for routine dental. For basic dental, one is no charge after deductible, the other is 20% co-insurance after deductible. And that is where Im confused. Doesnt the first option seem better? No charge after paying $75, while the other is only %20 off?
