I went in for a sleep study in a hospital setting two months ago. I just got a bill $2,000. Insurance paid $1,000 out of the total $3,000. I called my health insurance a few months ago and they stated I would only have to pay $300 for a sleep study. Is there anything I can do to dispute this?
