Hi – I own a small company and offer health insurance to my team of 6 through Aetna. I have any employee that has astronomical medical costs. Next year it won’t be affordable to offer insurance to anyone as we’re such a small pool. We’re actually part of a PEO but the don’t actually pool us with other companies.
