Son had dissolvable stitches at the ER that came out by the time we got to the car. Had to go right back in the hospital and it seemed to be treated a new visit. Am I paying for this?

Like the title says, my toddler had dissolvable stitches put in his lip at the ER. We get out to the car, and I noticed they were gone. When we went back in, we had to wait (albeit a lot less) again and do the whole process over. They restitched with a different doctor and non dissolvable stitches. Do I have a chance to fight paying for both “visits?”
