Sorry if this is the wrong place. Will my insurance cover part of the bills?

I was recently in an accident involving a large company. The company’s insurance is offering to cover $20,000 of medical costs.

I went to the ER and used my health insurance at the time. If the company is at fault and I turn the bills over to them will my insurance still pay for partial coverage? Or will the entire ER bill come out of the settlement?

The reason I ask is that the total charges for my visit and follow up are currently at $18,095. And I just got a follow up XRAY. Im not too worried about further complications but I just want to make sure that i won’t have to pay out of pocket if medical expenses increase above $20,000.
