Specialty Pharmacy Computer system Made an Error and is dragging their feet to correct it

I am on humira weekly for crohn’s. My specialty pharmacy sent my medication to a previous address because of a bug on their computer system. It is digital refill and it mailed my meds to my billing address instead of my shipment address. I was supposed to take my dose last week they are still refusing to send me a new dose because they need to first do an “investigation”. The pharmacist insisted I would be fine because “you havent reported any flair ups”. I am new to mail order medication but I have no idea how to handle this situation. Can I report this to my insurance? I cannot imagine this would be above board with them.
