Is this happening to anyone else? I’ve had this policy for 4 years and this is new.
Aetna has always been a bitch about pre-authorizations for certain meds but this is the first year they’ve ever denied a med I’ve been taking daily for 5 fucking years. I take a low dose of Vyvanse and suddenly they want me to switch to Concerta which is a completely different medication.
AND I got a bill a few weeks ago for $308 from my PC doc for preventative care which is supposed to be covered 100%.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed a stark difference in coverage and insurance games here during the goddamn surging pandemic. Thanks!
