Switching from subsidized Marketplace plan to employer plan mid-month: Will I owe back subsidies for that month?

I’m about to experience this situation, and I’ve never considered the implications regarding APTC reconciliation.

If I switch from a subsidized Marketplace plan to an employer plan on say, February 8th, will I owe back subsidies for the month of February?

Is there a minimum number of days during that month in which I have to be eligible for subsidies in order to be eligible for the entire month’s worth of subsidy. Or are you eligible for the entire month’s subsidy if you’re subsidy-eligible for at least one day of that month?
